Welcome to the Uma Reed & Friends Kirtan website. Although it is continually in progress, we invite you to come in and look around. You will find a little information about who we are, what kirtan is, and our kirtan schedule for the next few months. A new feature is the “Kirtan Words” section, in which you can download pdf documents of the words we’ve sung in recent kirtans. This will be added to each month.
You can also view a slide show of our guru, Neem Karoli Baba (known as Maharaj-ji) while listening to a kirtan from our CD, and read inspiring and entertaining stories from Shivaya about his encounters with great saints, as well as miracles, healings, lessons learned, and other adventures on the spiritual path.
We are happy to present our latest CD, Pranam, dedicated to our guru Neem Karoli Baba. Please check it out, as well as our Shaki Spirit CD, and oracle cards to aid you on your own sacred path. We offer links to other kirtan sites, and encourage you to contact us with your feedback and ideas.
